<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold tool for press molding a composite material, allowing reinforcement fiber to be reliably impregnated with a resin material for molding of the composite material into a desired shape; and a press molding method using the same.SOLUTION: The mold tool includes: a movable mold fixed to a slide movable upward and downward with a pressurizing axis; a stationary mold; a first insert disposed in the movable mold, having heating means; and a second insert disposed in the stationary mold so as to be joined to the first insert through a molding material, having heating means. The mold tool further includes an elastic body which separates the first insert or the second insert from the movable mold or the stationary mold, to be pushed and compressed by the driven pressurizing axis. The driven pressurizing axis allows the first insert to contact the second insert, the first insert to contact the movable mold, and the second insert to contact the stationary mold.</p> |
