<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for a water quality detector capable of preventing the collision of sand and solids such as crystals against a sensor to prevent its damage without influencing a measured value with simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus includes: a first air passage 15 arranged inside a cleaning part 14; a second air passage 16 communicating with the first air passage 15; a third air passage 17 communicating with the vicinity of a connection part between the first air passage 15 and the second air passage 16; a cleaning air jet port 18 communicating with the second air passage 16 and opened in the direction of the sensor 13; and a foreign matter discharge port 19 communicating with the third air passage 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
