The pipe holder (1) has a U-base (4) and two U-shanks (5) that are connected to the U-base. A lower barbed hook (6) for anchorage of the holder in an insulating layer is connected to each U-shank. A cutting edge (15) is projected from an insulating layer-sided surface of the barbed hook. Angle between barbed hook elements (7) of the barbed hook is about 50 to 70 degree. The insulating layer-sided surface of the barbed hook is protruded to lower end of the barbed hook and/or to lower end of the U-shank. An elastic supporting layer (19) is sealed with a polymer layer. An independent claim is also included for a heating- and/or cooling assembly with an insulating layer.
