The present invention provides a panel attaching device, and a method for attaching a panel using the same. The panel attaching device comprises: a fixing unit for fixing a cover glass; and a pressurization unit comprising a pressurization jig for gradually pressurizing a panel from the inside to the outside, and gradually attaching the panel from the inside of an attaching surface of the cover glass to the outside. A pressurizing surface of the pressurization jig is a curved surface toward the panel, and is capable of elastic modification.
