The present invention relates to a support module and an exercise-assisting device comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the support module comprises: a support frame supporting an activation area on a target object; a pressurizing member connected to the support frame and rotating the activation area; a support member rotating the activation area as the support frame rotates; and a dispersion member transferring power to the support member by dispersing the power.
