The present invention relates to a method to control a load of a dual fuel (DF) engine using dual fuel and, more specifically, to a method to control a load of a DF engine using dual fuel, which controls to equally divide a load of a DF engine in a fuel gas (FG) mode powered by gas and a DF engine in a fuel oil (FO) mode powered by oil. The method to control a load of a DF engine using dual fuel comprises: a step of calculating a recommended total load; a step of calculating a load set point of the DF engine in each FG mode; and a step of controlling the load of the DF engine.
