The present invention relates to a driving module and an exercise-assisting device comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving module may comprise: a target-object-fixed member fixed onto a target object; a first submodule including a body part and a first rotation member; a second submodule including an elongating link and a second rotation member; and a power transfer member. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the exercise-assisting device of the present invention comprises: an actuator module supplying power; a driving module including the first submodule receiving power from the actuator module, the second submodule receiving power from the first submodule, and the power transfer member functioning in transferring power between the first and the second submodule; and a support module supporting one portion of the target object so as to allow the portion of the target object to move around.
