The present invention relates to an IP-based scientific security system being linked with a fence invasion detection apparatus, and especially, to the IP-based scientific security system being linked with the fence invasion detection apparatus which can facilitate accurate and rapid action, by generating an alarm automatically and displaying an invasion spot on a map automatically, if an invaded spot is detected by the fence invasion detection apparatus, and displaying image information related with the invasion spot by linking a local detection apparatus including an IP camera automatically. The IP-based scientific security system being linked with the fence invasion detection apparatus according to the present invention includes: the fence invasion detection apparatus which is installed along a fence and detects fence invasion and the invasion spot of a fence invader; a security processing apparatus which generates the alarm on the basis of the invasion spot of the invader delivered from the fence invasion detection apparatus, and displays the image information of the invasion spot, and performs a corresponding action as to the invasion of the invader; and a local monitoring apparatus which is arranged around the fence by being separated from each other, and performs IP communication by being interconnected through a ring type optical network, and is linked with the security processing apparatus. |
