Provided is an antenna device which is very thin and has good heat radiation characteristic and antenna characteristic, and a manufacturing method thereof. An antenna device (1) comprises an antenna coil (10) with a loop-shaped or spiral plane coil pattern, a magnetic sheet (11) which is installed to one side of the main surface (10a) of the antenna coil (10), and a resin layer (12) which is installed to the other side of the main surface (10b) of the antenna coil (10).
