The present invention relates to a hybrid power generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the hybrid power generation apparatus locates a contact charging generator using rainwater with transparent and super-hydrophobic properties at an upper part of a photovoltaic generator. Therefore, the transparent property of the super-hydrophobic surface can prevent losses of sunlight absorptivity and increase self-purification effect. Also, the hybrid power generation apparatus can generate stable power by allowing power generation to be performed through the contact charging generator even on a cloudy or rainy day or the like when the sunlight absorptivity is little.
