According to an aspect of the present invention, a blind can include: an upper frame equipped with the upper side of the outside of a window frame; and a lower frame equipped with the lower side of the outside of the window frame which is downwardly spaced from the upper frame; multiple wing parts which are spaced from the upper frame downwardly and the lower frame upwardly with water-repellent coating having an inside hot wire; and an icicle tray equipped with the front of the lower frame to prevent an icicle formed on the wing parts from falling to the ground. |
