The present invention relates to a gearbox mounting assembly which can mount a gear box simply and efficiently through a structure having a damper between an inner rim and an outer rim. The gearbox mounting assembly of the present invention is a gearbox mounting assembly which mounts on a hollow circular hole prepared at a structure or on a vehicle body desired to be mounted, comprising: an outer rim fixated around the hollow hole coaxially; a damper comprised of an elastic member which can absorb vibration, and prepared integrally at an inner diameter side of the outer rim; and an inner rim prepared integrally at an inner diameter side of the damper, and fixated on an outer surface of a coupling unit of the gearbox to be coupled to a driving shaft. |
