摘要 一种提升流体化床锅炉操作效率的方法,应用于一流体化床锅炉中,其中该流体化床锅炉包括:一锅炉本体,进行流体化床燃烧;一流体化气体入口,输送一含氧的流体化气体进入该锅炉本体,以进行炉床的流体化以及燃料的燃烧;一蒸汽出口,从该锅炉本体输出燃烧后所产生的蒸汽;以及一烟气出口,从该锅炉本体排出燃烧后所产生的烟气。该提升操作效率的方法包括:侦测该烟气中的氧浓度;将一部分烟气从该烟气出口回流至该流体化气体入口,使该回流烟气与一进料流体化气体一同作为该含氧的流体化气体;以及利用该回流烟气中的氧浓度与该进料流体化气体中的氧浓度进行一自动运算,以自动控制该进料流体化气体的进气量的动态调整。; a fluidizing gas inlet for inputting therethrough an oxygen-containing fluidizing gas into the boiler body so as to fluidize the boiler bed and facilitate burning of fuel; a steam outlet for outputting therethrough steam resulting from the burning of the fuel from the boiler body; and a flue gas outlet for exhausting the flue gas resulting from the burning of the fuel from the boiler body. The method for enhancing the operational efficiency of the fluidized bed boiler includes: detecting an oxygen concentration in the flue gas; feeding a part of the flue gas outputted through the flue gas outlet to the fluidizing gas inlet as the oxygen-containing fluidizing gas together with a primary fluidizing gas; and automatically performing a mathematic operation based on the oxygen concentration in the flue gas and an oxygen concentration in the primary fluidizing gas so as to automatically control the dynamic adjustment of the amount of the primary fluidizing gas.
