The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a caliper housing for a disk brake, capable of guaranteeing remarkably improved durability and stable operability. The manufacturing method of a caliper housing for a disk brake includes: a step of manufacturing a formed object made of an aluminum material, using a mold; a step of forming a first through hole and a second through hole, respectively, formed on the same axis; a step of machining first and second cylinder grooves and third and fourth cylinder grooves, respectively, using each of the first and second through holes; a step of machining a thread on the inner surface of each of the first and second through holes; a step of forming an oil injection hole and a first horizontal oil flow path connected to each of the first and second cylinder grooves and the oil injection hole and forming a first inclined oil flow path connected to each of the first and second cylinder grooves; a step of forming a second horizontal oil flow path connected to the third and fourth cylinder grooves and forming a second inclined oil flow path connected to the each of the third and fourth cylinder grooves; a step of connecting a first plug and a second plug by a screw; a step of welding and combining a corner on one side of the first and second plugs; and a step of grinding a welded part. |
