The present invention relates to a core-shell nanocomposite, a manufacturing method thereof, and uses as a probe for metal-enhanced fluorescence. The core-shell nanocomposite comprises a fluorescent body positioned to have regular intervals in a direction perpendicular to a surface. The core-shell nanocomposite comprises: a first metal nanoparticle; a linker with a constant length coupled on the first metal nanoparticle through one terminal end and coupled with a fluorescent body on the other terminal end; and a second metal shell formed by controlling the thickness so as to be separated at regular intervals with the fluorescent body on the first metal nanoparticle coupled with the linker. |
