The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode film using a blading process and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode film using a blading process, which enables manufacture at low costs by using a photosensitizer and a blading process. The method includes: a step of manufacturing a relief mold having a relief part with a relief pattern formed; a step of applying a liquid resin to the relief mold; a blading step of removing the applied liquid resin; a step of bonding a base film; a step of separating the relief mold; a step of filling conductive material; and a step for forming a relief pattern.
