PURPOSE:To improve adhesiveness, by continuously spraying the jet stream of a flame-sprayed material such as an autogenous alloy, while applying relative rotation and in a direction perpendicular to the axial line of a pipe-shaped member. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 whose inner surface is to be frame sprayed is rotated at a high speed. A cylindrical member 2 is connected through a connector 3 to a main body 4. The cylindrical member 2 is made of ceramics and provided with a slit 2a. The main body 4 is provided with a powder-supply opening 4a for flame spraying and a combustion gas-supply opening 4b. An autogenous alloy, fine ceramics, etc. may be used as the spraying material. |
