Disclosed is a method for transferring graphene. The method for transferring graphene in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: synthesizing first and second graphene layers on both sides of a catalyst metal film, respectively; forming a first layered structure by attaching a flexible transfer film on the first graphene layer; separating the second graphene layer from the first layered structure; forming a second layered structure by removing the catalyst metal film from the first layered structure; transferring the first graphene layer onto a target substrate by compressing the first graphene layer of the second layered structure and the target substrate; and removing the flexible transfer film.
