A capacitor having a configuration in which capacitors are coupled in series to each other is described. The capacitor formed on a substrate according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a polysilicon layer doped with an impurity; a first insulation layer formed on the polysilicon layer; a first metal layer formed on the first insulation layer and including first and second areas; a second insulation layer formed on the first metal layer; and a second metal layer formed on the second insulation layer and coupled to the second area of the first metal layer. The second metal layer is overlapped with at least a part of the first area of the first metal layer.

1. A display driving circuit, comprising:
a first capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, the second electrode being electrically connected to a first voltage; a second capacitor comprising the first electrode and a third electrode; a first switch interconnecting the first and second electrodes, wherein when turned on, the first switch is configured to equipotentially connect the first and second electrodes, thereby connecting the first voltage to the first electrode; and a second switch interconnecting the first electrode and a fourth electrode, the fourth electrode being electrically connected to a second voltage, wherein when turned on, the second switch is configured to equipotentially connect the first and fourth electrodes, thereby connecting the second voltage to the first electrode.
