The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a latent heat exchanger. The method for manufacturing a latent heat exchanger includes: a step of forming a housing to have an accommodation space unit in which multiple latent heat exchange pipes are installed inside so that manufacture can be performed by a welding work which is not performed several times after each component is temporarily assembled in manufacture of the latent heat exchanger; a step of forming each fixing hole of a rectangular shape by boring on both sides on one side of the housing; a step of temporarily fixing an inflow header plate and an outflow header plate, respectively, having multiple insertion holes in which a front end of the latent heat exchange pipe is inserted, to the each fixing hole with a welding ring for junction; a step of temporarily fixing each cover member by covering the each cover member, wherein an inlet and an outlet are formed on the outer surface of the inflow header plate and the outflow header plate, with the welding ring for the junction; and a step of welding and fixing the temporarily fixed part on a brazing welding path by a welding process. Therefore, the method for manufacturing a latent heat exchanger has an excellent economic property, high productivity, and high assembly efficiency. |
