The present invention relates to a method for activating biochar comprising a step of treating biochar with acid, biochar activated by the same, a method for manufacturing activated biochar, and a method for adsorbing antibiotics from soil using the activated biochar. According to the method for activating the biochar of the present invention, the biochar having dramatically increased BET surface area and pore volume compared to those of the conventional biochar can be manufactured, and in case of applying the biochar activated by the activation method to the soil polluted by antibiotics, the activated biochar has an excellent antibiotics adsorptive effect, thereby effectively adsorbing and removing the antibiotics compared to the conventional method using biochar. |
