The present invention relates to porous carbon and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the porous carbon is derived from a mixture of a carbonitride compound and a boride compound, has a hollow structure with an empty inside, is thermodynamically stable, and shows improved properties and usability by doping nitrogen and boron in a uniform and stable manner. |
