The present invention relates to a deburring device including a filter device and a management method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the deburring device includes: an input container wherein a deburring process of removing a burr of an object by an abrasion material is performed since the abrasion material, the object, and washing water are put inside; a washing water discharge hose enabling the washing water to flow inside after the deburring process since one end is connected to the input container; a washing water discharge valve mounted on the washing water discharge hose and opening and closing a flow path in which the washing water flows; a washing water supply module, wherein the other end of the washing water discharge hose is connected to the washing water supply module, and the washing water is discharged downwards from the one side; and a filter supply roller supplying a filter to the lower side of the washing water supply module. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the washing water is filtered and supplied by being circulated in the input container, contrary to an existing technique wherein the washing water used during the deburring process cannot be used since being increasingly contaminated so the washing water cannot help being replaced overall. Thus, a process is consistently performed at low costs without stopping the process. |
