Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing an eMPS in a CSFB mechanism. The method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: receiving a CSFB access request of a user equipment; determining that the user equipment has a CSFB priority service right according to acquired priority service information of the user equipment; and providing a CSFB access service preferentially for the user equipment with the CSFB priority service right.

1. A method for processing an enhanced multimedia priority service (eMPS) in a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) mechanism, comprising:
receiving, by a mobility management entity (MME), and through a base station, a CSFB access request of a user equipment (UE); determining, by the MME, whether the UE has a CSFB priority service right according to priority service information of the UE which is made available to the MME from a home subscriber server (HSS) during attachment of the UE; and sending, by the MME, a S1-AP request message to the base station including a priority service indication for the UE if the UE is determined to have the CSFB priority service right, wherein the MME preferentially provides a CSFB access service for the UE with the CSFB priority service indication.
