The present invention relates to an LED converter protection circuit, which comprises: a transformer for receiving a PWM signal generated from a PWM driving circuit to both ends of a primary coil and generating current induced by the PWM signal to a second coil; an LED module electrically connected to the second coil of the transformer and including a plurality of LEDs driven by power generated from the second coil; a smoothing circuit electrically connected between the second coil of the transformer and the LED module so as to smooth the power received from the second coil of the transformer; a photocoupler which includes an anode of a light emitting unit electrically connected to a cathode terminal of the smoothing circuit, and a light receiving unit electrically connected between a main power terminal (Vcc) and the PWM driving circuit; and a stabilization circuit electrically connected to the cathode of the light emitting unit and the cathode terminal of the smoothing circuit, and controlling the power supplied to the PWM driving circuit according to an output signal of an overvoltage detection unit of the LED module so as to control the driving of the PWM driving circuit. |
