The towing device for surgery of the present invention comprises: a movement body unit including a magnetic body, which is inserted in the body; a hook unit connected with the movement body unit in the body for towing an object body in the body; an operation unit for operating movement in the body of the movement body unit outside the body; and a magnetic unit loaded on the operation unit, and controlled with the magnetic strength.
