The present invention relates to a kit for avian influenza virus and H5-, H7-, and H9-type simultaneous differential detection based on a nucleic acid test with improved detection accuracy. The kit according to the present invention is applied with specific primers, characterized as SEQ ID NO: 1 to 16, which can overcome problems due to a short conserved sequence in a target gene of the avian influenza virus; and is applied with a multi-tube method formed of 8 tubes in order to avoid problems of sensitivity decrease and false negative generation in existing multi-gene amplification for avian influenza virus detection. The kit according to the present invention can be usefully utilized in avian influenza virus detection and simultaneous differential detection of H5 type avian influenza virus, H7 type avian influenza virus, and H9 type avian influenza virus, which are clinically important. |
