DEVICE FOR DETERMINING CAPILLARY PRESSURE IN TISSUES OF PERIODONTIUM IN PRESSURE REDUCTION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to stomatology. The essence of the invention is characterised in that the tissue state of the periondontium is diagnosed by the change of haematoma forming time. A device for determining capillary pressure in tissues of periodontium in pressure reduction comprises a load device made in the form of a cylindrical-shaped tubular tip. One of the load device ends has an elastic membrane, the other is connected to a load dosing means, a pneumatic injector of which is provided with a receiver and a pressure-gauge. In accordance with the proposed suggestion the device further comprises a signal processing block with a time interval meter connected thereto. Information inputs of the signal processing block are connected to a tensometric converter of the pressure-gauge, pneumatically connected to a receiver of a negative load dosing means provided with a vacuum system. Information outputs of the signal processing block are connected to a pressure indicators and to the time interval meter, wherein executive outputs are connected to a vacuum system pump of the pneumatic injector and to a tap of vacuum blowing up in the system load device. The advantage of the device provides to obtain and improve the functional results.
