The present invention relates to a method for providing a service based on indoor positioning by a service providing server which provides a service to an identified location by identifying the location of a mobile terminal through wireless communications with a service providing server, the mobile terminal, and at least one transmitting device. The method for providing a service based on indoor positioning identifies the location of the mobile terminal by the entire sum of multiplying electric field strength and a weighted value according to a time point between the mobile terminal and the transmitting device, determines a service based on the identified location and customer information pre-stored in the service providing server, and transmits a determined service to the mobile terminal. Therefore, purchasing desire of a customer can be promoted and convenience can be enhanced. |
