The present invention relates to an apparatus to inform a situation of a vehicle parked in an emergency on a highway. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a balloon with air injected inside to stand as a cone or a spindle whose bottom is narrower than its top; a case which contains the balloon inside, on whose internal bottom surface is fixated to a bottom surface of the balloon, and on whose top side surface an opening is formed; and a lid unit placed to cover a top surface and a side surface corner of the case, with the bottom surface placed to be combined with a top end surface of the balloon. The case comprises: an air injecting unit formed on one side of the case to which a compressed air can is attached and detached from; an air injecting pipe placed in the case, and combined with one side of the balloon for the air injected by the air injecting unit to be injected into the balloon; and a plurality of magnetic feet placed on the bottom surface of the case. According to the present invention, the case, the balloon, and the lid unit are provided as one body; and the installation and withdrawal of the apparatus convenient. As the compressed air can is used, the apparatus can rapidly be installed and as an air discharge hole is placed, the apparatus can rapidly be withdrawn. Additionally, as a separate compressed air can is used, the balloon can be permanently reused with high economic feasibility. As one injects air with a manual pump replacing the compressed air can, one can use the apparatus in any situation for a high degree of operability. |
