Disclosed are a virtual auction apparatus and a method thereof. The virtual auction method includes a step of: receiving an auction start command, an effective bidding price information, and an auction object valuation information; a step of selecting a valuation price in the auction object valuation; a step of comparing a selected valuation price and a lowest effective bidding price; a step of calculating a pure valuation price generated by subtracting the lowest effective bidding price from the selected valuation price, according to each auction object; and a step of comparing the pure valuation according to each auction object and performing auction on an auction object with the largest pure valuation.
