A semiconductor device may include a code generation part which generates an output clock by delaying a reference clock inputted from an exterior, controls a delay value of the output clock based on a result of comparing phases of the reference clock and a feedback clock, and generates a first control code corresponding to the delay value of the output clock; a voltage generation part which generates an internal voltage having a voltage level corresponding to the first control code; a clock generation part which generates an internal clock having a frequency corresponding to the first control code; and a feedback delay part which generates the feedback clock by delaying the output clock by a delay value corresponding to a second control code. |
