The present invention relates to a picture stamp having a sound. The present invention comprises: a main frame at a certain shape, a cover unit formed to wrap around a top of the main frame, and a sound chip which finishes one side of the cover unit and saves various melodies on the cover unit formed on the sides; a speaker to receive a melody saved in the sound chip and generating it, and a first sensor on both sides of the top of the main frame respectively formed; a second sensor formed on a top position corresponding to the first sensor by being distanced by a certain interval; a supporting member formed into one body with an inner circumferential surface of the top of the cover unit on a top of the second sensor; an elastic member formed by being placed from a center of the top of the main frame in a central direction of the inner circumferential surface of the cover unit; a seal surface with one or more from among a letter, a character, and a pattern selected and engraved formed on a bottom surface of the main frame. The present invention enhances product value of a picture stamp sold to visitors at various tourist destinations, museums, and memory halls by letting a sound proper for the atmosphere be made each time the stamp is set, and creates an increase in sales and new sales as the stamp is developed as an educational product to be used in an educational setting for infants and children. |
