STRING WINDING AND UNWINDING APPARATUS

The present invention provides an apparatus for winding and unwinding a string, which has a simple structure and can be maintained and repaired in an easy manner. The apparatus includes: (i) a base unit having a base plate and a lower housing, which is is located on an upper side of the base plate and is in the shape of a cylinder; (ii) a middle unit having an upper housing in the shape of a cylinder, and an upper hanging unit and a lower hanging unit which are located in the upper housing; (iii) a rotation unit of which at least a portion is located in the lower housing to be rotatable with respect to the base unit; and (iv) a cover unit which is joined to the middle unit to be rotatable with respect to the middle unit, has a corresponding hanging unit, can be engaged with the rotation unit or can be separated from the rotation unit as the distance from the base unit is varied, and can be rotated with the rotation unit when engaged with the rotation unit.
