An insulation substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an insulation base material comprised of a thermoplastic resin; and a conductor which is positioned on the side of the insulation base material, in which multiple pores are positioned inside the insulation base material. A manufacturing method of a solar cell module using the insulation substrate may include: arranging multiple solar cells on the insulation substrate for two neighboring solar cells to be electrically connected by the conductor of the insulation substrate; and removing the multiple pores inside the insulation base material by melting the insulation base material with heat during a lamination process. |
