The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a three-dimensional image, an apparatus for the same, and a computer-readable recording medium. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for obtaining a three-dimensional image to obtain three-dimensional shape information of an object by a projector, a first camera, and a second camera comprises the following steps: (a) allowing a predetermined pattern to be projected through the object by the projector, when a two-dimensional primary image of the object through which the pattern is projected is obtained by the first camera and the second camera, allowing an image correction device to obtain a three-dimensional primary image of the object from the two-dimensional primary image data obtained by the first camera and the second camera, and converting the obtained three-dimensional primary image to a two-dimensional re-viewpoint image with respect to a viewpoint that the projector looks at the object; (b) in order to compensate for a three-dimensional data drop area generated by a curve of the object and viewpoints of the first camera and the second camera, allowing the image correction device to correct a drop area in the two-dimensional re-viewpoint image corresponding to the three-dimensional data drop area in the three-dimensional primary image, with reference to the pattern which is projected through the object by the projector; and (c) allowing the image correction device to generate a three-dimensional correction image, with reference to (i) the two-dimensional primary image data obtained by the first camera and the second camera, and (ii) the corrected two-dimensional re-viewpoint image information. In addition, the three-dimensional data drop area is an area where three-dimensional data does not exist in the three-dimensional primary image. |
