The present invention relates to a method to automatically monitor a fetal heart rate through signal-focused depth control. The method is capable of monitoring a fetal heart rate by using a fetal monitoring device, which is an ultrasonic sensor assembly (10) on which multiple ultrasonic sensors (S) are arranged, placed on the abdominal part of a mother, and including a measuring part measuring fetal heart rate data by using ultrasonic waves. The method comprises a depth search completion determination step (S1) of determining whether a range of a preset ultrasonic signal focused depth has been searched (D); a signal focused depth control measuring step (S2) of controlling and changing the ultrasonic signal focused depth (D) of the ultrasonic sensor assembly (10), measuring a fetal heart rate in the ultrasonic signal focused depth (D), and returning to the depth search completion determination step (S1), when the search (S1) is not completed,; an optimal signal focused-depth-deriving step (S3) of selecting the optimal ultrasonic signal-focused depth (D), by which the best fetal heart rate signal is detected, when the search is complete at the depth search completion determination step (S1); and an optimal signal-focused depth-measuring step (S4) of measuring a fetal heart rate by focusing an ultrasonic signal of the ultrasonic sensor assembly (10) on the optimal ultrasonic signal focused depth (D), derived from the optimal signal-focused-depth deriving step (S3). |
