The gear-motor will find an application in mechanical engineering in the manufacture of hoisting-transportation machines, in particular for manufacturing the driving mechanisms of electric hoists with a broad range of carrying capacities. The number of elements of the gear-motor, the technical complexity and its mounting on the spot are considerably reduced, whereby the production costs are reduced. The gear-motor includes a solar gear, formed on a shaft (1) of an engine (2) through its gearing (15), as well as a set of planetary gears (3) meshed with the solar gear and a ring gear (5) fixed immovably relative to the engine and created in a monolithic closed housing (6). The set of planetary gears is connected with a pinion carrier, formed as an integrated element (7) with an output shaft (8), at the end of which there are splines (9). At its opposite end, there is a pair of parallel, transversely positioned plates (11, 12) with openings (13), and between these plates (11, 12) are positioned the planetary gears (3) and are mounted, through their axles (14), to the openings (13). |
