The present invention relates to a device for loading and unloading an LNG tank container which comprises: a base installed in a place to be used; a moving cart for horizontally moving around the base; a clamping device installed in a head unit of the moving cart; and a clamp location adjusting device for adjusting a horizontal location of the clamping device. It is not needed to discharge evaporation gas to the atmosphere due to no LNG movement between tanks to reduce the amount of lost LNG and a fire risk. In addition, an LNG tank container is accurately clamped by adjusting a location of the clamping device even though a location of a vehicle is not accurate.
