The present invention relates to a neck band type bio signal measuring device, placed on the neck of a user to measure a bio signal, and a learning assisting device, monitoring muscle fatigue of a neck by using the neck band type bio signal measuring device. According to the present invention, the neck band type bio signal measuring device is formed to surround the side and rear of the neck of the user, and includes at least three electrodes (121,122,123). One of the electrodes (121,122,123) is set as a reference electrode, and the others are set as bio signal detection electrodes for the detection of an electromyogram. The device embeds a common noise extracting part (160) extracting a common noise from a bio potential signal, detected from the bio signal detection electrodes, to feed back the noise to the human body through the reference electrode and a measuring module (150) extracting the electromyogram from the bio potential signal, detected by the bio signal detection electrodes. |
