A fitness training device for executing a squat exercises that comprises a fixed rail and a moving frame. The moving fame includes two or more of horizontal rollers, one or more of connection rods, one or more arms and several sliding means. The horizontal rollers are connected together in parallel one above the other by the connection rod. The sliding means are connected to the ends of the arms. The sliding means are aimed to be integrated with the fixed rail in order to connect the moving frame with the fixed rail in order to enable a relative movement of the moving frame to the fixed rail. |
