The present invention relates to novel carbonic anhydrase derived from Caminibacter mediatlanticus and a use thereof. The novel carbonic anhydrase separated from aquificae in the sea can use in a process development for collecting and fixing industrial carbon dioxide due to excellent carbon dioxide hydrating activity, thermal stability and pH stability and can increase synthesis yield rate of a metabolite by being used as a catalyst when synthesizing the useful metabolite as well as using in producing a bicarbonate compound. |
