The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaluating the performance of a maritime gas turbine filter system. The apparatus for evaluating a maritime gas turbine air filter simultaneously comprises: a moisture removal checking means; and a particle removal checking means. The air filter is evaluated by attaching a separator for removing moisture and a filter for removing particles at the same time. The moisture removal checking means comprises: a moisture supply nozzle; and, a removed moisture quantity measuring unit. The particle removal checking means comprises: a particle injection unit; and a particle quantity counter. The separator for removing moisture and the filter for removing particles are installed in the center to be close to each other. On one side of the center, placed are the moisture supply nozzle, a supplied moisture quantity measuring unit, the particle injection unit, and the particle quantity counter. On the other side, installed are the removed moisture quantity measuring unit for measuring the removed moisture quantity by the separator and the particle quantity counter for measuring the removed particle quantity by the filter.
