The present invention relates to a technology of using a QR code for an NFC portable device where a near field communication (NFC) chip used for near field (within 10 cm) communication for a mobile communication terminal (especially, smart phone) is applied mostly, or a mobile phone not supporting the NFC function. The system manages NFC tags through a program by classifying an NFC tag (QR code) which is installed at home in each house of our village and is managed by address, an NFC tag (or QR code) which is installed in a digital signage device installed at an apartment bulletin board out of the house, an entrance and an apartment or a building or a conspicuous area, and an NFC tag (QR code) installed at each store of our village on the basis of a program. And the system of the present invention enables a person in charge of our village to manage coupon or event information of each store and organizations or a local government by providing the program able to perform the coupon or event information of each store by connecting the coupon or event information with the NFC tag (or QR code) and a service server. That is, the person of our village in charge of each area attaches the NFC tag (or QR code) to each house of the customer, and installs the NFC tag around the house or in the street, and installs an offline network of his or her area by attaching the NFC tag (or QR code) to each store and organization and local government. Then, the person can perform advertisement or promotion coupon and sales service behavior and local event by using the portable device (mainly, smart phone) having the NFC function for persons of the area. Thus, the system has development effect of a local business district or local culture. |
