The present invention relate to a method for easily isolating epithelial cells or mesenchymal cells from a mixture when mixed with epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells. Isolation of mesenchymal cells and epithelial cells can be useful for tumor tissue, embryonic tissue, and differentiation materials of stem cells. Therefore, the present invention provides a method for isolating epithelial cell and mesenchymal cells by using properties of which epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells differently attach on the matrix, a method for attaching epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells, which are feebly attached, stably and differently, and a method for differently inducing cell death of epithelial cells which are feebly attached. |
