METHOD OF PRODUCING DOCETAXEL LIPOSOME FORM

The invention relates to pharmaceutics. A method comprises preparing a composition of phosphatidylcholine and docetaxel, drying the mixture, emulsification thereof in aqueous solution, homogenation, adding a cryoprotector, sterilyzing filtration and cool dehumidification. The obtained result provides in standard and stability of the prepared liposomes (their size is presented in a narrow range) comprising docetaxel, high encapsulation of docetaxel in liposomes, docetaxel stability in a storage shelf life and reduction of toxic effect.
