Disclosed is a device for tracking a target by using handover between cameras. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for tracking a target comprises: an input unit for receiving information of a target that a user wants to search; and a prediction route calculating unit for calculating mobile candidate spots per each prediction model of the target from the inputted information by using at least two location prediction models and determining a mobile prediction spot of the target by comparing the calculated mobile candidate spots each other per each prediction model.
