Disclosed is an apparatus and a method for printing a catalyst on an electrolyte membrane. The apparatus comprises: a printer head which stores an ink as an ink chamber is formed inside, has a spraying hole on an one side in order to spray an ink of the ink chamber, and sprays the ink through the spraying hole by mounting a piezoelectric element on the other side; and a vibrator which generates ultrasonic waves by vibration and evenly disperses the ink by applying the ultrasonic waves to the ink sprayed through the spraying hole. |
