The present invention relates to a ship having a floating deckhouse installed thereon. The ship having a floating deckhouse installed thereon comprises: a deckhouse which includes a watertight partition at a specific position, and is arranged on an upper portion of a hull in the ship; a fixing coupling unit formed between the hull and the deckhouse so that the deckhouse is detachable from the hull; and a sensor unit connected to the fixing coupling unit to detect the separation of the deckhouse from the hull. Therefore, the ship having the floating deckhouse installed thereon is capable of quickly handling an incident at sea by transmitting a rescue signal (SOS) to a neighboring ship or the vessel traffic control center (VTS) when the deckhouse is separated from the hull due to buoyancy in the case that flooding occurs in the ship.
