The present invention relates to a cleaning brush device. The cleaning brush device according to the present invention can perform a uniform cleaning process on the front side of a substrate by making the substrate touch the entire brush in spite of the generation of warpage due to sagging of the center region of a shaft, and can reduce the generation of additional errors in a post process since the uniform cleaning process of the substrate can be conducted. |
